It means better quality, better comfort, and better durability. It also means that your new home is a better value for today, and a better investment for tomorrow. WaterSense

Walls Up USA is proud to be a WaterSense partner. WaterSense labeled new homes use 20 percent less water inside and out and feature quality products, efficient systems, lower operating costs, and low-maintenance yards. Consumers can feel good about themselves every time they turn the key—and save money every time they pay utility bills

A WaterSense labeled new home can save a family of four up to $600 per year in utility bills compared to a traditional home:

  • A family of four will save about $400 per year in water costs.
  • Homes that heat their water with electricity can save as much as $200 per year in energy costs.
  • Homes that heat their water with natural gas can save $100 per year in energy costs.

Choosing a home is an investment, and a WaterSense labeled new home is a long-term investment in your future—and the planet’s.
