Who is Walls Up?

Walls Up is a “con-tech” company and the next generation in residential and commercial construction. Our agile, fully integrated, end-to-end solution is reinventing the way homes and buildings are built while leading the charge to solve today’s housing shortage.

At Walls Up, we are committed to building the American dream one wall at a time.

What is a Modular Home?

The term “modular” refers to the use of standardized units or dimensions for easy assembly and flexible arrangements.

Walls Up’s ASTC™ (Agile Sociotechnical Solution) implements the same modular principles and precision techniques used to assemble automobiles, airplanes, and rockets to construct the highest quality homes and buildings at a fraction of the cost and time of traditional construction methods.

Why build in an off-site facility?

Building with Walls Up’s ASTC™ off-site system is faster and more cost-friendly than conventional on-site construction methods.

Walls Up is combining state-of-the-art technology with proven, advanced assembly processes to produce higher quality homes and buildings with extraordinary speed and precision.

By shifting 90% of traditional on-site construction to our environment-controlled facility, Walls Up has captured greater control over the building process – ensuring your home or building is completed on time and on budget regardless of harsh weather and other external factors that frequently delay conventional construction processes.

The Walls Up ASTC™ off-site system promotes 360° safety for all stakeholders including the homeowner, all future occupants of the home, anyone working during the construction process, and planet earth.

Are Walls Up homes as durable as traditional, lumber-built homes?

Each and every material that goes into a Walls Up home has been meticulously vetted by our expert products team to provide our homeowners with the longevity, durability, and longer-term return on investment that they deserve.

Walls Up homes and buildings are built using light gauge steel framing. Steel has an excellent strength-to-weight ratio that provides resilience against even the most extraordinary external conditions, such as hurricanes.

Steel is also far superior to wood in terms of resistance to fire, water damage, and wood destroying organisms.

Over the life of your new home, Walls Up’s steel frame will provide greater long-term durability as steel does not rot, warp, or decompose like wooden structures.

Do I need to own land in order to build with Walls Up?

No. Walls Up is a true end-to-end building partner, and we are here to help you navigate all aspects of your home buying journey – including land acquisition and site preparation.

The Walls Up team will help you identify the perfect location by considering the urban or rural setting, dimensions, views, sunlight, neighboring environment, your lifestyle, and of course your budget.

How “green” are Walls Up’s homes and buildings?

When you buy a Walls Up home, you can be sure that you are doing your part to promote a healthy environment.

Walls Up is committed to exclusively building with recycled steel, cutting edge “green” materials, and sustainable designs, to provide homes and buildings that are healthier for your family, pets, and our planet. By combining value chain integration with technological investment, Walls Up is creating unprecedented transparency across the entire building lifecycle. This offers tremendous potential to address long-standing environmental inefficiencies within the typically fragmented areas of building product sourcing, manufacturing, construction, and operation.

Walls Up has also partnered with several nationally recognized sustainable home building organizations, including ENERGY STAR, Indoor airPLUS, and WaterSense, to provide our customers with the assurance that their home is built to a higher standard of efficiency and sustainability.
